Concept Design & 3D Visualization: Personalized designs with 3D projections that incorporate your vision’s size, shape, features, and style.Permits and Engineer Drawings: Electrical, hydraulic, and structural drawings created for NOC filing and regulatory approval.Excavation, steel reinforcement, concrete shell formation, curing, piping, and electrical rough-in are all part of shell construction.

For long-lasting performance, high-end tiles, decking, lighting, jets, spas, and high-efficiency pumps and filtration systems are installed.The commissioning and hand-over process include filling the pool, adjusting the chemical balance, testing the systems, and providing comprehensive hand-over paperwork.

5. Optional Maintenance Plan: Schedule routine maintenance for chemical balancing, equipment upkeep, and water hygiene to keep your pool spotless.

• Basic Villa Pool Package: Up to 6 × 3 m, standard concrete shell and tile finish, basic coping, standard pump & filter. Eight to ten weeks is the typical timeline.Premium Villa Pool Package: Up to 8 x 4 m, high-end tile or mosaic finish, LED lighting, spa/jet integration, sophisticated pump system, and stone or wood composite deck finishes. Ten to fourteen weeks is the timeline.
• Commercial/Resort Pool Package: 10 × 6 m and larger, complete resort-style amenities, integrated landscaping, compliance with regulations, and optional infinity edges. Timeframe: 12–20 weeks.
