Step 4: Excavation

There is solid rock under a thin layer of sand in some places, especially farther inland. This makes the process harder and takes longer.
The hole that is dug is always a little bigger than the pool. Because there is extra space on the outside, the structural shell work, waterproofing membrane, and formwork can be put in place. It usually takes three to five days to dig up a normal pool in a house.

Step 5: Steel Reinforcement
